Description
Litchfield Auctions’ April 30th sale features property from estates and collections, including that of the late Jeff Trundy, of Washington, CT, and Augusta, Maine. Trundy’s collection of painted furniture, folk art, samplers, redware, stoneware, decoys and baskets was assembled over more than three decades. The auction also dotes a series of presidential memorabilia, including a badge of merit, signed by George Washington, and a military note signed by Abraham Lincoln, from a prominent Manhattan collection.
